Effective October 11, 2026 · Wallpaper Calendar, a DCG app
These terms cover your use of the Wallpaper Calendar desktop application and this website. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The short version: use the app normally, and understand that a small independent product comes as-is.
The app is free for personal use, forever. You may install it on any computers you own. You may not redistribute modified copies of the app or misrepresent them as official.
Pro is an optional upgrade. When you buy it, you get a personal license to use Wallpaper Calendar Pro, with a license key and the Pro download. Each purchase is a license of its own, with its own key. You pay once, in US dollars, at the price shown when you buy. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews or charges you again. Stripe handles the payment, and your receipt comes from DCG. Updates to Pro are included at no extra cost.
Your license works like this:
The free edition stays free. You never need Pro to keep using it.
All sales are final. If Pro doesn’t work on your computer and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you. Nothing here takes away rights your local law gives you.
To ask for help or a refund, reply to your Stripe receipt email or write to support@dcgapps.com, and tell us what happens on your computer.
If you live where the law gives buyers a right to cancel a digital purchase, as in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this applies to you. When you buy Pro, you ask for your license key and the download to be delivered straight away, as soon as you pay, and you agree that you lose your right to cancel once they are delivered. This does not apply where the law does not allow it.
Features that connect to third parties, such as Google Calendar sync, weather, and the AI assistant (with your own API key), are optional and subject to those providers’ own terms. Google sync uses the Google Calendar API under the Google API Services User Data Policy; see our Privacy Policy for exactly how data is handled. In short, it stays on your device, except what you choose to send yourself: copies of events you share onto a shared calendar travel encrypted through our relay, and the AI assistant sends your command and nearby events to Anthropic.
Apart from the refund promise under Refunds and any rights your local law gives you, the app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it stable, and updates ship regularly, but we can’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we’re not liable for lost data or other damages arising from its use beyond the amount you paid for it. Your calendar data lives in plain files on your machine, so back up anything irreplaceable.
If these terms change, the update will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don’t, you can simply uninstall.
